The mobile phone blockerjammer technology is being used in cinemas across the country.  The elderly issue of people bringing their mobile phones in to cinemas and leaving the phones power on was the motivation for this.  Mobile phones have been known to ring in the middle of a movie and when you think about that there’s a few hundred people in a packed cinema you are able to see that this can happen over one time.  Having three or seven ringing phones in a cinema is a distraction from the movie and having to put up with people having conversations in the middle of a blockbuster can devalue the experience.  Patrons can sometimes feel that they’ve not gotten there moneys worth from the cinema when these kinds of distractions happen in the coursework of the movie so management decided to make use of the cell phone jamming device technology.  This has  solved the issue as mobile phones brought in to the cinemas are left with no signal.
